It can feel overwhelming and limiting struggling with anxiety like this. This type of mental processing, including worrying, can feel like it is ruling your life and stops you from doing the things that you want or need to be able to do. Anxiety in its various forms, can affect your sleep, your ability to make decisions, your work and home life, and has a negative impact on you and those around you. Constantly feeling anxious can lead to panic attacks, where you are triggered into a heightened state of feeling out of control.
