See Less of Yourself this Christmas – Successfully Lose Weight in the Next 5 weeks

With the excesses of Summer long gone, many people are now thinking it may be too late to lose weight for Christmas. However, it’s never too late and potentially you could lose several pounds between now and the festive season. Think about how nice it would be to slip comfortably in to that little black dress for the party season!

However, just going on a diet for many women is only a short term, temporary solution. Experience shows that you can lose weight on a diet, but as soon as you revert back to your old eating habits

the weight piles back on again and then it’s easy to feel demoralised and get in to the pattern of “yo yo” dieting. Changing your habits and reprogramming your mind to have a different relationship with food, using hypnotherapy will enable you to lose weight but will also give you the opportunity of not putting it all back on over the festive season.

This is Chrissie before she started her sessions of the Weight Hypnotherapy and You programme.

Like many people, Chrissie had tried numerous diets but fell in to the scenario above. There are three main reasons why diets don’t work in the long term:

1) They make you deprive yourself of things you enjoy and this can make you feel miserable, so many of you end of cheating.

2) They don’t help you to create new eating habits.

3) They don’t deal with any underlying issues around your relationship with food.

Chrissie says that once of the best things about her weight loss is that she can now wear gorgeous clothes again rather than “fat” clothes and buy something off the peg knowing that she will look and feel wonderful” Additionally, since these pictures were taken and even though Chrissie finished her 8 sessions during the summer, she has continued to lose weight and nearly at her goal of 5 stone weight loss. She is not dieting and is finding it easy to maintain.

There are currently 5 weeks to Christmas- plenty of time to lose those pounds with the WHY programme. As the old song goes “Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat….” Don’t be the goose this Christmas!
